About the role
Sutherland is hiring English-speaking Customer Service Agents in Cairo. You will help customers resolve their inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, joining a global company that values innovation, growth and excellence.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree graduates only; fully dropped-out students may also apply.
- Males must hold a completed military service certificate (served, exempted or postponed).
- English proficiency at B2+ to C1 level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.
Working conditions
- Rotational shifts, including overnight shifts; candidates must be flexible with shift schedules.
- Rotational days off according to business needs.
