About the role
Sutherland is hiring a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative for its Cairo office, working on US accounts. The role covers day-to-day tasks focused on customer satisfaction, account management, excellent customer service and effective communication.
Required profile
- Graduates and dropouts are welcome.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Flexibility with night and overnight shifts.
- Flexibility with rotational shifts.
Required skills
- Customer service skills.
- Proficiency in English at B2-C1 level.

- Salary of over 20K.
- Achievable KPIs, allowances and incentives.
- Night and overnight allowance of 1.1k.
- KPIs granted for the first 3 months.
