Enterprise Architect – Integrated Business Planning

About the role

The Enterprise Architect – Integrated Business Planning (IBP) will lead the architectural direction for enterprise‑wide planning at Coca‑Cola HBC. Working across Financial, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain and Commercial planning, the role ensures these domains operate as a single, integrated model rather than isolated silos.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the Enterprise Architecture vision and strategy for all planning domains.
• Develop target architectures, integration blueprints and transition roadmaps.
• Govern architectural coherence across programs, platforms and products within the IBP ecosystem.
• Establish and enforce architecture principles, standards and data‑governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with senior planning stakeholders and platform architects to drive simplification, data consistency and reuse.
• Ensure new systems integrate smoothly and support long‑term enterprise objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise architecture, preferably within FMCG or large‑scale planning environments.
• Strong ability to translate strategic planning goals into technical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with senior business leaders.

Required skills

• Architectural design and roadmap development.
• Integration blueprinting and data‑model governance.
• Knowledge of best‑of‑breed planning platforms and enterprise‑wide technology landscapes.
