Enterprise Architect – People & Culture (HR)

About the role

The Enterprise Architect – Digital Employee Platform is a senior member of the Enterprise Architecture team, responsible for shaping the architectural direction of the People & Culture (P&C) domain. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring a coherent, employee‑centric architecture that spans the entire HR landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern end‑to‑end employee journeys and experience architecture.
• Develop target architectures, integration blueprints and transformation roadmaps.
• Ensure architectural coherence across programs, products and platforms.
• Set and enforce enterprise architecture principles, standards and governance.
• Advise senior stakeholders on architectural decisions and lead P&C transformation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for simplification, automation and improved user experience.
• Collaborate with platform architects and delivery teams to reduce integration debt.

Required profile

• Deep end‑to‑end understanding of HR business processes and employee lifecycle.
• Proven experience acting as an architectural authority and trusted advisor.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with senior P&C and IT leaders.
• Ability to anticipate industry trends in HR, AI and data.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering intuitive, connected employee experiences.
