Executive Chef – Sheraton Miramar Resort

About the role

The Sheraton Miramar Resort in El Gouna is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead its culinary operation. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality European, Italian, Arabic and Middle Eastern cuisine while ensuring guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all culinary outlets across the resort.
• Develop and maintain authentic menus covering European, Italian, Arabic and Middle Eastern dishes.
• Control food cost, waste, purchasing and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, brand standards and local food‑safety regulations.
• Coach, mentor and develop the kitchen team, fostering a strong professional culture.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and F&B team on concepts, promotions and business development.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader in an international hotel or luxury resort.
• Strong knowledge of European, Italian, Arabic and Middle Eastern cuisine.
• Excellent leadership, communication and financial management abilities.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• Open to expatriate or Egyptian candidates.
