Export Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Export Sales Manager to lead our international sales initiatives, develop market‑specific strategies and expand our presence across target regions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement global sales plans tailored to each target country or region.
• Design international sales strategies, budgets and strategic plans aligned with overall growth objectives.
• Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for executive management.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer trends and purchasing behaviours.
• Identify expansion opportunities, acquire new clients and agents, and analyse competitor activity.
• Generate new business through direct contact, relationship building and targeted communication channels.
• Prepare competitive quotations and coordinate delivery of samples per customer specifications.
• Manage international trade accounts, drive revenue growth and expand strategic accounts.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and deliver tailored presentations.
• Oversee client files, financial records, shipment tracking and profit‑and‑loss performance.
• Draft and review commercial contracts, negotiate prices and delivery terms.
• Coordinate export documentation, certificates of analysis and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead commercial negotiations, resolve client complaints and provide after‑sales support.
