Facilities Supervisor

About the role

Talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Facilities Supervisor with an engineering background and at least 2 years of experience in facility management. The supervisor oversees in-house maintenance, manages outsourced services and ensures all facility functions run efficiently to a high standard, coordinating daily operations across the head office and coworking spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to Facilities department help desk tickets.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of outsourced services such as housekeeping, pest control and fleet operations.
• Maintain records of work orders, contracts and service requests, and set up vendor files.
• Manage the movement of company assets internally and externally.
• Coordinate facilities needs for internal events at the main premises and coworking spaces.
• Supervise maintenance activities and lead contract negotiations with external service providers.
• Handle facilities requests for all logistics hubs and follow them up promptly.
• Review third-party service reports monthly and check that KPIs and SLAs are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Civil).
• At least 2 years of experience in facility management in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and facilities management tools.
• Negotiation, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage several tasks and stakeholders at once.
