Facility Management Assistant Manager

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Facility Management Assistant Manager to join our team in El Alamein. In this on‑site position you will oversee daily facility operations, ensure optimal performance of building systems and support the delivery of high‑quality services to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and guide facility staff, ensuring clear task allocation and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate building maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective work.
• Analyse operational data to identify trends, improve efficiency and support decision‑making.
• Manage facility budgets, monitor expenses and contribute to cost‑effective resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align facility services with business needs.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory abilities with experience leading teams.
• Proven knowledge of Facility Management processes and standards.
• Analytical mindset for problem‑solving and operational decisions.
• Experience in budgeting and resource allocation.
• Background in building maintenance and systems upkeep.
• Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Operations Management or related field (preferred).
• Experience in industrial or corporate environments is a plus.
