F&B Marketing Executive

About the role

A hotel group is looking for an innovative and collaborative F&B Marketing Executive to join its marketing team in Cairo, Egypt. The role develops and executes marketing strategies that build brand awareness, engage customers and grow revenue for food and beverage operations, working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels for F&B products and services
• Analyse market trends, competitors and consumer behaviour to shape strategy
• Create social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and manage community engagement
• Work with creative teams on graphics, videos and promotional material
• Manage and optimise digital ads with Google Analytics and other tools to maximise ROI
• Research markets, analyse campaign metrics and recommend improvements
• Coordinate with sales, operations and product teams, and maintain brand guidelines
• Plan and run promotional events, product launches and seasonal campaigns
• Build relationships with influencers, media partners and key stakeholders
• Prepare marketing reports and presentations for management

Required profile

• 2-4 years of experience in F&B marketing, hospitality marketing or related roles
• Proven digital marketing, social media, email marketing and content creation
• Strong analytical skills and campaign/project coordination experience
• English; Arabic is a plus
• Preferred: knowledge of SEO/SEM, influencer marketing and brand partnerships
