About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Finance Administrator to support the daily financial and administrative operations of our Egypt office. The role involves handling accounting tasks, invoice processing, payroll coordination, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices, payment requests and expense claims.
- Maintain accurate financial records, assist with accounts payable/receivable and prepare bank reconciliations.
- Support monthly closing activities, financial reporting and cash‑flow monitoring.
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks and tax consultants as needed.
- Track project expenses, maintain cost records and assist with VAT/tax documentation.
- Maintain office financial files, contracts and manage petty‑cash and expense records.
- Collaborate with procurement and HR for employee reimbursements and payroll inputs.
- Ensure timely renewal of licenses, subscriptions and other office documents.
- Support ERP/accounting system data entry and updates.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in finance or administration roles, preferably in multinational or project‑based environments.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Fluency in English; Arabic preferred.
