First Mile Senior Coordinator

About the role

Bosta is looking for a First Mile Senior Coordinator to oversee hub‑related communications and ensure smooth coordination between Customer Service, Account Managers, and Operations. The role focuses on problem‑solving, SLA compliance, and efficient handling of pickups and deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Receive new pickups, verify tracking numbers on flyers, and record them in the system.
• Arrange daily dispatch, sort shipments by delivery address, and add cash‑collection or refund shipments to courier routes.
• Send routes to the Stars app and manage undelivered shipments, including verification calls.
• Obtain receiver signatures and IDs for zero‑COD deliveries and collect hard‑copy returns signed by businesses.
• Monitor Stars Wallets to ensure daily COD deposits match collected amounts.
• Cancel refused shipments, transfer canceled orders after a 24‑hour holding period, and send handover emails with shipment details to the sorting facility.
• Perform any related duties required to maintain hub efficiency.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in logistics, e‑commerce, or shipping.
• Graduate degree (only graduates are eligible).
