Fitness Trainer

About the role

SamSamouy Ltd. is looking for a dedicated Fitness Trainer to join its on‑site team in the 5th Settlement. You will design and deliver personalized workout and diet programs that align with the company’s knowledge database and health‑tech solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop customized fitness and nutrition plans based on thorough client assessments.
• Monitor client progress, adjust programs, and ensure continuous improvement.
• Provide expert advice on health, nutrition, and lifestyle changes.
• Stay current with industry trends and integrate new techniques into training offerings.
• Mentor junior trainers and foster a culture of learning and teamwork.
• Collaborate with operations to integrate client data into personalized programs.
• Participate in marketing events to attract and retain clients.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in fitness training and program development.
• Certified CPT, CFT, ACE, NASM, or CSCS.
• BA degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Native or bilingual Arabic and strong English communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of exercise science, nutrition, and wellness practices.
