About the role
The Fleet Specialist will manage the daily workload of the loading workshop, ensuring efficient distribution of tasks to technicians. You will act as a liaison between the workshop and the DC fleet supervisor, monitoring job orders, parts availability, and maintenance timelines.
Key responsibilities
- Allocate and balance workload among workshop technicians.
- Coordinate with the DC fleet supervisor to set daily workshop plans.
- Track and record job orders, technician maintenance time, and parts availability.
- Document final control notes after job completion.
- Analyze workshop operation data to identify improvement opportunities.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher institute qualification.
- 2‑3 years of experience in fleet or workshop operations.
- Strong communication skills.
Required skills
- Technical knowledge of VANs maintenance.
- Computer proficiency, preferably with SAP.
