About the role
The Food & Beverage Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing assigned F&B customer accounts. The role focuses on delivering technical service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue retention and margin growth within existing accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and expand assigned F&B customer accounts.
- Provide technical service and application support to guarantee customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify up‑selling and cross‑selling opportunities and meet gross profit targets.
- Analyse customer usage trends and recommend tailored solutions.
- Prepare account reviews, performance reports and present them to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal technical, supply chain and marketing teams to fulfil customer requirements.
- Maintain compliance with safety, HACCP, ISO and other food‑safety standards.
Required profile
- Deep understanding of Food & Beverage industry processes and challenges.
- Applied technical knowledge of chemical solutions and sanitation processes used in production environments.
- Familiarity with HACCP, ISO and local food‑safety regulations.
- Strong relationship‑management and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently on moderately complex service and account‑management tasks, including root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
