Required profile
- Proven experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Recruitment Sales or HR Services.
- Strong network of HR, Talent Acquisition and business leaders.
- Ability to identify opportunities and initiate meaningful conversations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
- Results‑driven mindset focused on partnership rather than one‑off commissions.
