French Customer Service Representative

About the role

Greenya Egypt for Export is seeking a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join its team in 6 October City. This full‑time, on‑site position involves handling customer inquiries via phone, email and other channels, ensuring timely and accurate communication.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to French‑language customer questions about products, shipments and order status.
• Resolve issues and complaints while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics and quality assurance teams to support order processing and delivery.
• Maintain clear and courteous communication in both French and English.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and support abilities.
• Excellent spoken and written French; English proficiency is required.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in export, logistics or agribusiness.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Languages, Communication or a related field is preferred.
