French Customer Service Representative

About the role

Sutherland is hiring a French Customer Service Representative for its Cairo team, working full time on site in New Cairo. You will be the frontline voice of global brands, giving high-quality phone support and resolving issues smoothly. The position is open to fresh graduates, experienced candidates and college dropouts.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls by phone, giving prompt and empathetic support
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues while maintaining service quality standards
• Make every interaction professional, attentive and aligned with brand values
• Work with internal support teams to improve service delivery

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/B2) with strong conversational English
• Open to fresh graduates, experienced candidates and college dropouts
• Excellent communication, active listening and structured problem solving
• Adaptable team player with a positive, growth-oriented attitude
• Flexibility to work rotational overnight/night shifts
