French Sales Representative (Sales Agent)

About the role

The French Sales Representative will drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities in French‑speaking markets. This position serves as the primary link between marketing and sales, building a robust pipeline for Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Research and prospect new and dormant customers using cold calling, email, LinkedIn and social selling.
• Engage B2B prospects, understand their needs, and present the company’s solutions.
• Coordinate meetings, demos and calls between qualified leads and Account Executives.
• Prepare, present and negotiate offers, and support tender or contract processes.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and act as a brand ambassador.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native French (C1) and professional English proficiency (B1/B2).
• At least 1 year of experience in outbound lead generation, SDR, BDR or inside sales, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Strong communication, negotiation and consultative selling abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable making cold calls.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience with sales engagement tools like Lemlist, Outreach or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
