Front Desk Receptionist

About the role

The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence. This role requires delivering exceptional hospitality, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences. The successful candidate will embody the brand’s commitment to luxury and genuine heart.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Manage check‑in and check‑out procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Handle guest requests, reservations, and special accommodations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date guest records and ensure confidentiality.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
• Process payments, issue invoices, and manage cash handling according to hotel policies.
• Respond to guest complaints promptly and resolve issues to satisfaction.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within a luxury hotel environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
• Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with Four Seasons standards.
