About the role
We are looking for a professional Receptionist to join our office in Sheikh Zayed City. This full‑time, on‑site position will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front‑desk experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate personnel or area.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls with courteous phone etiquette.
- Manage appointment schedules and maintain the front‑desk calendar.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing office supplies.
- Assist with customer queries and provide timely information.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle calls professionally.
- Well‑developed clerical abilities and attention to detail.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Proficiency in office software, particularly the MS Office Suite, is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
