Front Office Specialist – Reception & Patient Services

About the role

The Front Office Specialist will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors at Spectra Cure Clinic in New Cairo. Working full‑time on‑site, you will manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and daily front‑desk operations while supporting clinical staff.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors professionally, creating a positive first impression.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, and daily patient flow.
• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and front‑desk communications efficiently.
• Register patients, maintain accurate files, and ensure documentation compliance.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and internal departments for seamless service delivery.
• Support billing coordination and follow‑up on patient payments with finance teams.
• Resolve patient concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain front‑office appearance, organization, and service standards at all times.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in front‑office, reception, patient service, or customer service.
• Previous experience in clinics, hospitals, or premium service environments preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer‑handling abilities.
• Excellent presentation and professional attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Experience with clinic management systems or CRM tools.
