Full Stack .NET Development Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Development Manager to lead a team of engineers in building high‑performance web applications. You will combine deep technical expertise with strategic leadership to deliver innovative solutions that drive digital transformation for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications using .NET and Angular/React.
• Mentor and manage a team of software engineers, conducting performance reviews and supporting career growth.
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in .NET and Angular/React development, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in system architecture, API design, and database optimization.
• Excellent communication skills in English and proven ability to work with global teams.
