Global Procurement Senior Buyer – Corrugates & Flexible Packaging

About the role

The Global Procurement Senior Buyer will lead sourcing activities for corrugates and flexible packaging within PepsiCo’s North Africa operations. Reporting to the Global Procurement team, the role ensures reliable supply, cost efficiency and compliance with PepsiCo’s sustainability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Update and cleanse price lists in real time, maintaining accurate SAP codes and descriptions.
• Solicit quotations, prepare bid comparisons and obtain approvals.
• Lead dispute resolution concerning material supply, quality, invoices and payments.
• Prepare monthly supplier scorecards measuring quality and delivery performance.
• Benchmark supplier performance against industry standards and support new supplier development.
• Represent Global Procurement in innovation and productivity projects with Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain.
• Support category negotiations, manage supplier contracts and create/maintain SAP contracts.
• Track, report and upload monthly productivity project data.
• Evaluate and evolve sourcing strategies based on market conditions and contribute to strategic sourcing analyses.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably within packaging or consumer goods.
• Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and resolve disputes.
• Strong analytical skills for price list management and performance benchmarking.
