Graphic Design Expert (SME) – Freelance Project

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Graphic Design expert to act as a consultant on AI training data projects. You will define success criteria, review design outputs, and provide targeted guidance to ensure high‑quality, domain‑specific annotated datasets are delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Define domain‑specific quality metrics and develop SOPs, QA rubrics, and reference materials.
• Review project deliverables against technical standards, flag defects, and return precise remediation notes to contractors.
• Provide advisory input on design tools, workflows, and asset management systems.
• Vet and assess contractor talent, deliver actionable feedback, and create calibration resources.
• Support project scoping, handle specification changes, and contribute to post‑project reviews and dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, or visual communications.
• Strong command of design principles, visual communication, and advertising effectiveness.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
