GSI Partner Director – EMEA

About the role

Camunda is looking for a GSI Partner Director for the EMEA region to lead the integration of its automation and orchestration platform with Tier 1 Global Systems Integrators. This senior, individual‑contributor position reports to the Senior Manager, GSI Partners and focuses on building joint solutions that drive enterprise value and accelerate recurring revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and scale dedicated automation/orchestration practices within Tier 1 GSIs, embedding Camunda technology into their core offerings.
• Design and execute partnership strategies, negotiate models, and create joint go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Enable partners through training and education on Camunda’s value proposition and solution architecture.
• Generate partner‑sourced pipeline by launching targeted business initiatives and marketing campaigns.
• Build strong field‑level relationships to secure GSI advocacy in critical deals.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and scaling technology practices with Tier 1 Global Systems Integrators.
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of delivering joint solutions and driving ARR growth.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to work with partner directors, regional managers, marketing, and sales teams.
• Willingness and ability to use Camunda’s platform in client engagements.
