Guest Experience Expert – Receptionist

About the role

As a Guest Experience Expert you will be the first point of contact for guests staying at our hotel in Cairo. You will create memorable experiences by guiding guests through every step of their stay, from check‑in to check‑out, while upholding Marriott’s standards of wonderful hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently.
• Handle operational requests, guest inquiries, and service issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit daily reports related to guest interactions.
• Share local area highlights and recommendations with guests.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
• Follow company policies, protect confidential information, and safeguard company assets.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting items up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform light manual handling.
• Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and quality standards.
