Hardware Engineer

About the role

Join eInfochips, an Arrow Company, as a Hardware Engineer in Cairo, Egypt. You will be involved in the full product development lifecycle, from requirement definition to hardware support and testing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop requirement definitions aligned with customers.
• Draft schematics and layouts accurately.
• Perform testing, verification, characterization, and documentation following procedures.
• Manage time estimation for design activities.
• Provide hardware support for new developments and improve existing designs.
• Run and optimize EMC measurements and duration tests.
• Prepare efficient Bill of Materials (BOM).

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in all stages of the product development lifecycle.
• Experience with schematic design, component selection, and basic PCB design review (Altium, ORCAD).
• Hands‑on board bring‑up, functional testing, and hardware issue debugging.
• Solid understanding of power electronics, high‑speed board design, and signal integrity.
• Exposure to both digital and analog design and EMI/EMC compliance.
