Head of Change Management & Procedures

About the role

The Head of Change Management & Procedures will lead the bank’s transformation initiatives, fostering an Agile mindset and ensuring that processes and procedures are optimized, automated, and aligned with regulatory requirements. This senior position reports to senior leadership and works closely with the Head of Transformation and Change Management.

Key responsibilities

• Promote, implement, and embed Agile methodologies across the project portfolio.
• Lead Agile transformation, providing coaching and guidance to cross‑functional teams and management.
• Maintain and continuously improve the bank’s policies and procedures (P&P) through end‑to‑end process automation.
• Facilitate workshops with process stakeholders to identify pain points and design optimal solutions.
• Chair the P&P Validation Committee to review and approve process changes and optimization initiatives.
• Execute change‑management actions according to predefined plans, including formalization of processes, contracts, communications, and related documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading change‑management and Agile transformation initiatives, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of local and international banking regulations (CBE, CA Group, etc.).
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Ability to mitigate risks while delivering high‑quality service to internal and external customers.
