Head of Talent Acquisition

About the role

Zeta Pharma is seeking a senior leader to shape and drive its talent acquisition function in Cairo. The role will own the full recruitment lifecycle, develop strategic hiring plans and strengthen the employer brand to attract top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business and workforce plans.
• Translate workforce requirements into effective recruitment plans, prioritising critical and hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes from vacancy approval through offer and onboarding, ensuring timely and quality hires.
• Design and manage sourcing strategies across multiple channels, building relationships with agencies, universities and professional networks.
• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and business leaders, advising on talent availability, market conditions and hiring timelines.
• Lead, coach and develop the talent acquisition team, set objectives, monitor KPIs and address capability gaps.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with HR policies, procedures and relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading talent acquisition teams and managing full‑cycle recruitment.
• Strong background in workforce planning and developing sourcing strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.
• Experience in employer branding initiatives and talent‑pipeline development.
• Track record of ensuring recruitment governance and compliance.
