Talent Acquisition Specialist – Recruiter

About the role

TaskUs is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full‑cycle recruiting, build talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience across its fast‑growing technology client base.

Key responsibilities

• Write comprehensive job descriptions that meet legal compliance.
• Source candidates via job boards, social platforms, professional networks and referrals.
• Screen applicants, recommend top candidates to hiring managers, and coordinate interview logistics.
• Assist hiring managers with offer preparation and ensure accurate salary/benefits details.
• Support onboarding paperwork and communicate company expectations.
• Collaborate on strategic talent acquisition plans and employer branding initiatives.
• Track recruitment metrics (time to hire, cost per hire, quality of hire) and report to leadership.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of talent acquisition or full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to develop sourcing strategies and manage high‑volume hiring.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Talent Solutions and other professional networks.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Skilled in social media and CV database sourcing.
