Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter)

About the role

TaskUs is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full‑cycle recruiting and build strong talent pipelines for its fast‑growing technology clients. You will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess and hire top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Write comprehensive job descriptions that meet legal compliance and clearly outline requirements.
• Source candidates through job boards, social platforms, professional networks and referrals; screen applicants using an ATS.
• Recommend qualified candidates to hiring teams and coordinate interview scheduling.
• Assist hiring managers with offer preparation, ensuring accurate salary and benefits details.
• Support onboarding paperwork and communicate company expectations to new hires.
• Develop talent acquisition plans aligned with future hiring needs and industry trends.
• Promote TaskUs employer branding through recruitment events and initiatives.
• Track recruitment metrics (time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, quality‑of‑hire) and report to leadership.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in talent acquisition or full‑cycle recruiting.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume hiring and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions and other professional networks.
• Skilled in social media sourcing and CV database searches.
