Heavy Maintenance Mechanical Technical Office Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Heavy Maintenance Mechanical Technical Office Engineer to join our on‑site team. The role focuses on diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing heavy equipment used in civil‑works projects such as airport paving, road construction and railway embankments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive inspections and root‑cause analysis of mechanical systems.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans for heavy machinery.
• Supervise overhaul and repair activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Mentor and guide technical staff during maintenance operations.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations and analysis of machine test samples.
• Propose practical solutions to improve equipment performance, reliability and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in preventive maintenance of heavy equipment.
• Experience in civil‑works or construction projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with heavy machinery and tools used in airport paving, road works and related fields.
