Plumbing BIM Modeler

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Plumbing BIM Modeler to join our award‑winning engineering consultancy. You will create and maintain detailed 3D models of plumbing and firefighting systems for large‑scale projects across the Middle East, Europe and Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain 3D Revit models for domestic water, drainage, stormwater, irrigation and firefighting systems.
• Generate 2D construction drawings, plans, sections and details from the 3D models.
• Coordinate plumbing models with architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and other MEP disciplines using Navisworks Manage to detect and resolve clashes.
• Update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to final design.
• Assist in developing and maintaining BIM standards, templates and families.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support the design team with technical modelling tasks.
• Prepare QA/QC checklists for project submissions.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of BIM modelling experience, specifically with plumbing and firefighting systems.
• Experience on large‑scale construction projects and familiarity with ACC/BIM360 and ISO 19650 workflows.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
