About the role

As a Hostess at Sofitel Cairo Downtown Nile, you are the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive. You will play a key part in delivering the brand’s promise of responsible hospitality and memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel welcome.
• Provide clear and helpful information about food and beverage menus.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards at all times.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines when handling food and beverages.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient service flow.
