Hostess - Restaurant and Bar Service

About the role

Rixos Premium Seagate, an all-inclusive resort in Sharm El Sheikh, is looking for a hostess to work in its bars and restaurants. The hostess receives guests, guides them to their tables and promotes the sale of targeted services while delivering maximum service in line with the department's rules.

Key responsibilities

• Receive guests at any outlet and escort them to their tables by the standard procedure.
• Work in bars or restaurants and inform customers about order alternatives, encouraging the sale of targeted services.
• Deliver maximum service in each unit, following service rules and the operational standards set by the Food and Beverage Manager.
• Maintain customers' personal belongings left at the workstation and hand them over to supervisors.
• Follow departmental instructions, procedures and operational rules of the F&B Department.
• Plan working hours as decided by the Food and Beverage Manager and follow the weekly schedule.
• Attend orientation training and undergo two performance assessments each year.
• Aim for 100% customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• At least a high school or vocational diploma.
• At least 2 years of experience in the industry.
• English is required.
• Vocational training and seminars.
