Lobby Manager - Hotel & Beverage Operations

About the role

Rixos Premium Seagate, a luxury resort in Sharm El Sheikh with an all-inclusive concept, restaurants, bars, pools and a private beach, is looking for an experienced Lobby Manager with a strong background in beverage operations. The role oversees the lobby experience and supports beverage service while working closely with the Front Office, Food & Beverage and other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation and guest experience in the hotel lobby and welcome guests personally.
• Oversee lobby beverage service, including coffee, cocktails, mocktails, wines and spirits, keeping presentation and quality high.
• Lead, coach and motivate lobby and beverage service staff, and monitor service levels and guest complaints.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping and Events teams.
• Monitor beverage inventory, par levels, requisitions and product availability, and support cost control and wastage reduction.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, licensing and responsible alcohol-service requirements.
• Maintain the lobby's appearance, cleanliness and ambiance, and assist with activations, promotions, tastings and special events.
• Build relationships with regular guests and VIPs, review guest feedback and prepare operational reports for management.
• Ensure staff follow SOPs, grooming standards and service procedures.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of hospitality experience, preferably in a hotel, lounge, bar, restaurant or upscale F&B setting.
• Supervisory or management experience is required.
• Hospitality, Hotel Management or related qualification preferred; flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Strong beverage knowledge: cocktails, spirits, wine, coffee, mocktails and current trends.
• Experience with beverage service, inventory management and cost control.
• Leadership, communication, problem solving and commercial awareness.
• Ability to handle VIP guests and work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Professional appearance and good grooming.
