HR Business Partner Supervisor

About the role

SODIC is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join the organization as an HR Business Partner Supervisor. In this strategic position you will partner with business leaders to drive people initiatives that support growth and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to provide strategic HR guidance aligned with organisational objectives.
• Lead the performance management cycle, ensuring KPI alignment and supporting employee development.
• Identify talent gaps, support succession planning and help build strong leadership pipelines.
• Leverage workforce analytics and people insights to enable data‑driven decision making.
• Work with cross‑functional HR teams to improve employee experience and organisational effectiveness.
• Partner with managers and the OD team to deliver learning and development programmes.
• Contribute to manpower planning, employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
• Support the optimisation and adoption of Oracle HCM across the business.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience across HR functions, including at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven ability in performance management, people development, workforce analytics and talent succession.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and analytical capabilities.
