HR Generalist – SAP SuccessFactors User

About the role

The HR Generalist will support the HR team in delivering core HR processes, benefits administration, performance management and recruitment activities while leveraging SAP SuccessFactors as the primary HR system. You will work closely with HR managers and business leaders to ensure smooth HR operations and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Execute HR procedures and policies in line with company standards.
• Administer benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs.
• Support recruitment and new‑hire onboarding, coordinating with cross‑functional departments.
• Handle routine administrative HR tasks and documentation.
• Analyze performance data, identify training needs, and assist in preparing the annual training plan.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with labor‑law regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports.
• Assist in the development and communication of HR policies.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in HR or HR management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and language skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors for HR‑related tasks.
