HR Lead – Travel Company (Sheikh Zayed)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Lead to manage the full spectrum of human resources for a leading travel and tourism company in Sheikh Zayed City. The role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with Egyptian labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, personnel administration, payroll coordination and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with Egyptian Labour Law.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, leave management and payroll inputs.
• Ensure compliance with Social Insurance requirements and labour authority regulations.
• Support managers with performance management, disciplinary procedures and employee‑related matters.
• Prepare regular HR reports on headcount, turnover, recruitment progress and compliance.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation while safeguarding confidentiality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–7 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or senior HR role.
• Minimum 3 years recent experience in tourism, travel or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labour Law, payroll processes and Social Insurance regulations.
• HR certifications (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHRi, CIPD) preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Residence in or near Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October City or Giza.
