HR Manager for Iron & Steel Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on HR Manager to lead and develop the Human Resources and Administration functions for our iron and steel manufacturing operations in Cairo.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with business objectives.
• Manage full recruitment cycle for administrative, technical and blue‑collar positions.
• Oversee personnel affairs, contracts, leaves, attendance and payroll coordination with Finance.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance regulations and internal policies.
• Handle investigations, disciplinary actions, terminations and probation periods.
• Prepare and monitor headcount, personnel cost and HR reports.
• Develop training, performance evaluation and employee development programs.
• Oversee administrative services such as security, housekeeping and transportation.
• Liaise with governmental and regulatory authorities on labor matters.
• Manage employee data and HR processes through Odoo HR modules.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of hands‑on HR management experience, preferably in industrial or manufacturing settings.
• Strong, up‑to‑date knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
• Proven experience in recruitment, payroll, employee investigations and disciplinary procedures.
• Experience using Odoo HR modules.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to interact effectively with governmental and labor authorities.
• Good command of English is a plus.
