HR Manager – Full‑time, On‑site in Cairo

About the role

TechnoBit Group is looking for a dynamic HR Manager to lead its human‑resources function in Shubra, Cairo. You will shape HR strategy, drive employee engagement and ensure compliance with local labor laws.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations across the organization.
• Develop, update and enforce HR policies that align with business goals and Egyptian labor regulations.
• Oversee personnel administration, ensuring accurate and efficient HR operations.
• Apply Root Cause Analysis to diagnose and resolve complex HR issues.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and integrate HR objectives with overall business strategy.
• Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of progressive HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proven track record in recruitment, talent acquisition and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and ability to ensure full compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience applying Root Cause Analysis techniques to HR challenges.
