HR Manager – Lead Talent & Organizational Development

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function in Nasr City, Cairo. The role will shape talent strategy, drive organizational development and ensure a high‑performing, engaged workforce. You will work closely with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract and onboard top talent.
• Lead organizational development programs, including succession planning and performance improvement.
• Oversee HR systems to streamline operations and maintain data integrity.
• Develop and implement employee‑relations policies that foster a positive work environment.
• Manage full‑cycle performance management, from goal setting to reviews.
• Create competitive compensation and benefits packages.
• Ensure HR policies comply with local labor legislation.
• Promote continuous learning and talent development across the organization.
• Provide strategic HR advice to management and staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR leader, preferably in a mid‑size or larger organization.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives.
• Track record of building effective HR programs and driving cultural change.
