HR Manager – Strategic Leadership Role

About the role

We are looking for a visionary HR leader to shape the future of our organization in Cairo. The HR Manager will align people strategies with business goals, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management and succession planning.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution and promote an inclusive culture.
• Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
• Identify training needs and develop learning programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain robust HR policies.

Required profile

• 5‑15 years of progressive HR experience, including managerial roles.
• Strong knowledge of labor‑law compliance and HR policy development.
• Ability to work on‑site in Cairo and embrace the local culture.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
• Expertise in talent acquisition and employee relations.
• Experience in compensation and benefits management.
• Ability to design performance management and training & development programs.
