HR Specialist – Multi‑site Restaurant Operations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to support and manage HR operations across multiple restaurant branches in Cairo. You will act as a trusted business partner to the operations teams, ensuring HR processes are executed smoothly and align with company goals.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day HR activities across assigned restaurant locations.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition for the branches.
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and maintain accurate employee records.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law, company policies, and HR procedures.
• Assist with performance management, development initiatives, and employee engagement.
• Conduct regular branch visits to deliver HR support on site.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in restaurant, hospitality, retail or F&B.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting multiple branches or operational sites.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
