HR Specialist – Payroll & Employee Relations

About the role

Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with organizational goals. Manage employee relations, addressing inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution to maintain a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with legal requirements.
• Process the monthly payroll of all employees, including salary, overtime, deductions, and bonuses.
• Collect and review attendance records for payroll processing.
• Support employees throughout the payroll lifecycle and generate monthly pay slips.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate payroll data integration.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven experience in payroll and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
