HR Supervisor – Manage Daily Operations & Team

About the role

The HR Supervisor will lead daily human‑resources activities, ensuring policies are applied consistently and the HR team performs efficiently. This position reports to senior management and works closely with all departments to support workforce needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily HR operations and implementation of policies.
• Supervise the HR team, ensuring task completion and performance.
• Handle recruitment, selection, interviewing and onboarding processes.
• Address employee relations issues, inquiries and requests.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, personnel files and other HR records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Egyptian labor laws.
• Support performance management, employee engagement and training activities.
• Prepare HR reports and provide management with updates and insights.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet HR needs and improve workforce management.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 4–7 years of HR experience with prior supervisory responsibilities.
• Preferable experience in engineering consultancy, construction, contracting or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Very good command of English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience using Odoo HR software.
• Ability to develop and establish KPIs.
