HRO Sales Specialist – HR Outsourcing (CX Industry)

About the role

At Atheel CX we are seeking a motivated HRO Sales Specialist to expand our presence in the CX industry. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our HR outsourcing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and develop new business opportunities.
• Promote HRO and outsourcing services to potential clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Prepare proposals and commercial offers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development or outsourcing services.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to build client relationships and close deals.
• Fluent English.
• Experience in HRO, recruitment or staffing is preferred.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Maadi, Cairo.
