Human Capital & Engagement Program Manager (ETIC)

About the role

PwC is looking for an experienced Human Capital and Engagement Program Manager to lead the Continuous Listening programme for its network. The role focuses on designing, delivering and continuously improving employee listening initiatives that support a culture of learning and professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of the Continuous Listening programme, including project planning, survey administration and change management.
• Serve as the primary liaison between network stakeholders and the consulting team that provides the survey technology.
• Gather stakeholder needs, translate them into programme enhancements and manage cross‑territory collaboration.
• Analyse survey data using analytics tools, AI and generative models to generate actionable insights.
• Create clear data visualisations and executive‑level storytelling to communicate impact and ROI.
• Maintain project budget, timelines and reporting on programme outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources or professional services, with a focus on employee surveys and engagement.
• Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders and drive consensus across multiple levels.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience with modern employee listening methodologies.
