About the role
P&G is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join its Cairo Business Office. The role partners with business leaders to align HR initiatives with strategic objectives, fostering a culture of trust, engagement, and high performance across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Align HR strategies with business needs, including organization design, team effectiveness, and workforce productivity.
- Build and sustain a culture that values trust, innovation, and employee engagement.
- Coach and develop leaders, providing insights for high‑quality decision‑making and risk mitigation.
- Partner with HR shared services to deliver business‑oriented solutions and ensure compliance.
- Support recruitment, training, relocation, employee services, and benefits administration as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Human Resources or a related field.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic.
- Fresh graduate or up to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong emotional intelligence, problem‑solving ability, and priority‑setting skills.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural, diverse environment and eager to learn on the job.
Required skills
- Familiarity with AI capability and digitization tools.
