Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead the complete employee lifecycle for a fast‑growing technology company, ensuring fair, consistent HR practices and a positive, inclusive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management and off‑boarding processes.
• Partner with senior leadership to design and implement HR policies, procedures and programs aligned with company growth and culture.
• Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts and promote engagement.
• Maintain accurate HR records, supervise payroll and benefits inputs.
• Coordinate training, development initiatives and organizational change projects.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and internal standards.
• Analyze HR metrics, produce reports and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition and interviewing.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management and engagement.
• Solid understanding of HR policies, Egyptian labor law and compliance.
• Experience in training, organizational development and change management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a fast‑paced or technology‑driven environment.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site at Sheraton Heliopolis.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR software for data entry and reporting.
• Ability to analyse HR data and generate actionable insights.
